               Maharishi Dayanda University and YMCA university are both separate universities located in Haryana.Both of these provides their own degree and are approved by UGC.

Maharishi Dayanand University :

Established in 1976 , MDU is one of the prominent university approved by UGC. It is one of the NAAC A accredited Governnment University.It has very good infrastructure with excellent placements.It has huge Campus area.The university provides 15 courses including One diploma course in Geoscience and remote sensing and 6 U.G and 8 P.G courses. The university provides more seats in Mechanical engineering and Computer Engineering say 120 seats each than other courses having 60 seats each.

YMCA University : 

Established in 1969, YMCA university is one of the prestigious university approved by UGC. It is also the NAAC A accredited Governnment University.It has average infrastructure with normal placements but It has huge Campus area.The university provides 21 courses including 13 U.G and 8 P.G courses. The university provides more seats in Mechanical engineering say 120 seats than other courses having 60 seats each.
