Yes despite of the state if the students Telangana EAMCET rank is below 10000 rupees then we can get full fee reimbursement to study engineering in Telangana.

Whether the student be from Andhra Pradesh or Telangana or Karnataka it doesn't matter from which state the student is from the Student is from general or BC categories and his or her rank is below 10000 in the Telangana EAMCET exam then the student will be eligible to get full fee reimbursement to study engineering in any of the colleges in Telangana.

And if the student it is from general or BC categories and if his rank is about 10,000 then he will get a reimbursement of rupees 35000 by the Telangana government.
