Yes, for most Arts, Science and Commerce subjects, best of 4 is taken into consideration.

However, entrance tests are also conducted for courses like Bachelor in Business Management etc. For that, you need to have minimum 60 percent in class 12 to sit for the exam. (DU-JAT).

Also, DU accepts JEE main scores for a few selected courses.
