firstlt i really feel sorry to answer you question so late however it is very unfortunate to say that the last date for filling application form  for JNU (JAWAHARLAL NEHRU UNIVERSITY) was on 13th october 2018 for academic year 2019 . you can check furthur on the official websites for forthur follow ups
