Actually I dont know for which college you are asking for. But I am giving response based on common university.
At this time bsc agriculture application form are not available. It will available in the month of may in most of universities and may be letter. The admission is given based on your score in entrance test.
So first learn this thing admission procedure will start after the 12th result.
