We cannot predict anything as of now on reopening of colleges in offline mode. However, you can expect it to open soon. But as of now, there is no official announcement of reopening of colleges for second semester by University of mumbai.  Also, the government has ordered schools and colleges to be closed till January 15 due to the second wave of Covid-19.
