Hey Shweta! UPSEE 2019 Counselling is scheduled to commence from June 10, 2019 to July 15, 2019. Only those who will have their names in UPSEE 2019 Merit List will be called for counselling. UPSEE 2019 Counselling will form the basis for providing admission to Engineering programs. The candidates will be called depending upon UPSEE rank list.

You can find all the counselling related information here as for different students counselling dates are different as counselling date for NRI quota student and Kashmir migrants are different. https://upsee.nic.in/publicinfo/public/home.aspx
