Dear sir / mam if i am not pay 20000 fee in first round upsee counseling then will i may be not participate in second round counselling

Till now UPSEE has not given any information for the spot round counselling.. Any how it will be done only after 3rd round counselling if seats will be left..For more information you can go through upsee site that is upsee.nic.in......
