The partial admission fee is refundable only under certain circumstances once you have paid the partial admission fee the fee will be transferred to the allotted college and if you get the seat upgraded in csab then you do not need to pay the fee again and the fee already paid will be transferred to the newly allotted college. You will get refund only under the condition that you surrender the seat in stipulated time as per rules of josaa or csab.
