Hello Aspirant!

Bonus marks are provided only in two situations:

1.) When the question is wrong.
2.) When all the ptions are incorrect or when more than two options are correct.

When such situations arise, the exam conducting body can take either of the two decisions:

1.) Award bonus marks.
2.) Not consider the question in final marking.

Both the considerations are applied to all the candidates, irrespective of the fact that whether they have attempted the question or not.

For example, if a particular question is wrong and the NTA decides to give  bonus marks, then the bonis marks will be awarded to all the candidates irrespective of the fact that they have attempted the question or not.
