Hey Naveen,
There is no separate counselling for NITs or IIITs and GFTIs. Only one counselling is held by JoSAA to allot seat in the colleges on the basis of JEE Mains and JEE Advanced ranks. Through JEE Advanced ranks, IITs are allotted and through JEE Mains rank, NITs, IIITs and other GFTIs are allotted.
