Is there a demand of cs practitioners ( B.Tech or B.Sc) in today's time?

If by CS practitioners you mean CS professionals and good placements then yes I believe so. Many of the placements that occur are more for the IT industry. B.Tech is preferred over B.Sc. Infact M.Sc is also good.
