Two seats are reserved for preferential allotment at all the IITs for candidates belonging to Defence Service (DS). To avail the benefit, the candidate needs to be listed in the Common Merit List (CML).

Hello,

There is no reservation quota for defence in IIT's . There is a resrvation for GEN EWS catgory,OBC,SC,ST,Physially Handicapped.
