Hello Jeet. As such there are no additional exams to be given for taking admission in the college for pursuing Bachelor of Commerce. Almost all the Universities and Colleges take admission on the basis of the percentage scored in 12th Board exams and some other criterias which is different from college to college. You can take the direct admissions on the basis of your marks scored in 12 standard.
