If your Rank is between 250-296 then chances are really high to get a call from various PSU's but the selection depends upon how you perform in your interview as last to last year a candidate with AIR 140 (Gen) got selected but a candidate of AIR 70 or 71 (SC) was not selected.

Various PSU's from which you can except a call are:

AAI (100%, last time closing rank was 326)

NTPC( 50-50)

NTRO (Bleak)

These are only 3 PSU's which you can expect if your rank is 25o above.
