first of all congrats for securing good rank in neet , to be very true  you have good cances of getting a govt. medical college in india. For this  you have to register yourself in all india counselling and fill as much colleges as you can because as the no. of colleges will increase probability of getting a seat will also inscrease.Moreover,since you are from reserved category ,it will also give you benefit in counselling process ,I would advice you to look into ranjasthan quota also as your chances over there is much higher.
