Hope you are doing well. The rank you are having is very low and with this rank you cannot expect anything among IIITs or GFTI as it is special round so the competition will be very tough as many students will apply for a Same seat . Also admission depends on various factors such as category, home state quota, branch selection, number of students applied, number of seats available, difficulty level of examination, etc.
