There are chances in other states for MBBS in gov't colleges. But you've to be careful for it's registration in other states & AIQ seats. West bengal MBBS colleges are also an option where you can get only if you apply for state quota.

Getting a seat in the state counseling depends mainly upon state rank. As per previous years cutoff you have literally no chances of getting a seat in government medical college at this rank. Don't get disheartened
