Is there any chance of getting mbbs seat in west bengal by scoring 190 in neet ug 2019 from ST category?

Hello,
As you mentioned with ST category and 190 marks, you have some chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%).
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given unsed All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
Some of the colleges you might get-
  • Murshidabad Medical College and Hospital, Murshidabad:previous year cutoff:183 marks
  • ESI PGIMSR Joka Kolkota;184 marks
  • Burdwan Medical College, Burdwan:188 marks
