Is there any chance of upgradation in college on the basis of performance in MBBS?

Hello...

Simply there is no any chance of upgradation in college on the basis of performance in MBBS semester exam. Because by getting good marks in a college that doesn't mean you will get promoted to other college.

Only way to do so is to reappear in Neet next year along with your MBBS degree . So by getting good rank you can expect better college.
