Hello dear!!! 

Normally cutoff is dependent on no.of students appear for the exam and no.of students cross a particular mark range. I.e performance of the students. This year on an expert survey the cutoff is guessed  slightly low due to the thing that it is tougher than the last year. So my answer is there may be a chance getting the cutoff slightly less than last year.
