Most of the universities do conduct entrance exams for mainly their masters program. so normally for bachelors program you don't need to answer any entrance test. But this also depends from University to University. so I would recommend you if you are interested in any university from Orissa please go to their official website and check whether they have entrance exams for bachelors or not.
