NCC reservation is considered during intermediate. After that reservation categories like general, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, PwD is considered. Importance of reservation is to give more college option to backward category candidates to uplift the native groups and make country more literate.

MSc is a masters degree. for admission you have to go through screening test or entrance exam. there may or may not be possibility reservation will be used. Universities conduct personal entrance to select candidates.
