There is no cut off difference for general and OBC  category in NTSE stage 2, 2019. They both have been predicted to be around 40 and the SC/ST cut off (which is also equal) is predicted to be around 32 to 30 marks. Hope this helps. All the best!!!

NCERT releases the cutoff marks for stage 2 exam and it is expected to release in the month of September 2019 in the form of pdf. There will be no difference between the cutoff of General and OBC category, as per last years trends.
