According to your query, NEET UG offers only reservation according to the central government rules. As published in the NEET UG notification, the reservation is solely based on the category you belong to. Mainly 5 categories are considered for the reservation

1. UR or General category
2. SC or Scheduled caste
3. ST or Scheduled tribe
4. OBC or other backward class
5. PWD or Person with disability

Also these category owe different reservation percentage in the seat distribution process.

• UR = 50%
• OBC, ST, SC = 40%
• PWD = 45%

I am hoping that you are absolutely fine. As per your mentioned query , you will be glad to know that yes there is a Defence quota for the candidates. Approximately there are 20 seats for MBBS and about 4-5 seats for BDS. See, If your mother or father are in any of the tri-services ( Army, Navy or Airforce) or they are ex-servicemen with service period of at least 10 years then you are eligible for it given that both you and your parents holds the domicile of that state. 1% quota  is there in UP colleges for wards of defense personnel.
