There is no such huge difference in MAT Computer and paper based test. The only difference is that MAT paper based test is offline test while MAT computer based test is online test.
However both type of test consists of equal number of sections with equal number of questions with the level of question starting from easier to moderate.
So you can go for any method, there is no such huge difference.
