There is no such any important entrance examination which you have to give to get admission in class 8. It totally depends upon the school in which you are seeking to get admission. There may be any entrance examination which is conducted at the school level for the admission of the students of class 8. Also there may be some criteria that they admit students who passed their previous class that is class 7.

So my suggestion would be to contact the school in which you are seeking to get admission and know all the process of admission individually there.
