NEET is the biggest and mostly preffered entrance exam for medical science, opted by students however it is not the only exam. For under graduate courses you can also give AIIMS MBBS and JIPMER MBBS.
AIIMS have in total 9 branches all over the country but the cutoff for AIIMS are very high specially if you're a general category student. Whereas JIPMER has only two campuses punducherry and karaikal and offers in total 200 seats.
Both the exams have 200 questions and the syllabus is equivalent to that of NEET.
