No there is no such facility. You can take direct admission from 1st year only. To get an admission in 2nd year you have to take lateral entry. to get it through lateral entry you have to satisfy its eligibility criteria like diploma qualification cutoff.

Direct admission is taken through management quota and the process is done through 1st year only. the fee structure will be bit high than candidates who get an admission through counselling. for direct, you don't need any entrance test score or rank. In most college they give admission on the basis of performance in 12th and 10th. Some college conducts some screening tests.
