Yes, for MBBS admission through Karnataka Examinations Authority counselling, having eligibility and domicile certificates is mandatory if you are claiming a state quota seat (85%).

Eligibility Certificate: For students from boards other than Karnataka PUC/CBSE/ICSE (only if required by KEA).

Domicile Certificate: Needed to prove Karnataka residency for state quota eligibility.

If you are applying through All India Quota, domicile is not required.
