You are right in your approach to head towards pharmacy post chemistry. You can surely go for it me it is one of the major career options for career graduates. It will be more beneficial if you also have a postgraduate degree in Pharmaceutical chemistry which is of 2 years. Many companies like Ranbaxy etc hire chemistry graduates directly after B.sc too.
