No there is entrance exam other than neet  , neet is the single and the only entrance examination to get into your mbbs .

Earlier, different states used to conduct their own entrance examination for providing admission in medical colleges but then all these were cancelled and replaced by neet.

Also , this year AIIMS and Jipmer examination have been cancelled and have been merged with neet making the neet single and the only entrance examination to get into medical colleges
