Sonali, NEET is the entrance examination for admission to all Medical, Dental, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. So MBBS, BDS, Unani, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Veterniary courses are taught only after qualifying in NEET in their respective Colleges. So there is no other Medical Course that accepts admission without NEET. But there are courses like Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupation Therapy which do not NEET in most States but these are not Medical Courses but are Paramedical courses.

We cannot say that there are medical courses without NEET which are more valuable than MBBS.
MBBS itself is one of the most prestigious and sought after degree in medical field.
But there are certain para-medical courses which do not require NEET scores for admission such as :-
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
Bachelor in Psychology
Bachelor of Respiratory Therapy
Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology
Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Biomedical Engineering
Bachelor of Science in Microbiology (Non-Clinical)
Bachelor of Science in Cardiac or Cardiovascular Technology
