Hello,

No, you cannot get admission in engineering in UG level in any IIT without appearing for JEE main.You need to qualify JEE main in order to be eligible to appear for JEE advanced.The admission in IIT is based in merit in JEE advanced.So it is mandatory that you must appear for both the exams and qualify.
