Yes after b tech give gate exam in your respective field to get into IITs for this course.

Yes of course you can, if you have a bachelor's degree in the same field. The best colleges of the country obviously being Indian Institute of Technologies. You'll get your deserved seat on the basis of your GATE score and then persue your dream in the same. All the best.
