Frankly speaking with such a less score you cannot expect a seat in the government colleges under AIQ.
As you are belonging to the general category chances get really low because the reserved categories have more better options.
If you want a seat through AIQ then you should have a score above 550.
However you can still get admission through the state quota because state quota cut off is less than AIQ but it also Totally depends on the state you belong to.

Dear Diya, to be honest, 480 for General Category is quite less. And All India Quota scores for General Category start at around 500 and above and go as high as 600 and above. Having said that cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. The numbers might be different but its always 500 and above.
