No, there is no defence quota available for children of defence personnel.

Though the wards of serving and ex-service personnel get some bonus or additional marks in the interview phase.

You need to pass the written test to be eligible for the interview, and this rule applies to all.

Children of Ex-Servicemen are entitled for some reservations. But the same is not applicable for their grand children.
You are not entitled for any ex-servicemen benefits unless your either of parents have served services in Defence Services and earned status of ex-serviceman.
These quota are specific to colleges, and i would advise you to refer to different college broachers to get specific information
