As per my knowledge,You won't face any problem at the time of placement if you have repeated class12th in most of the companies like TCS,INFOSYS,etc but in some top MnCs they demand of not having a gap in your academics.
But overall your graduation marks matters most and not your class 12th board exams marks.

There shall be no problems as such, although top companies may not allow any year gap during final placements.
However, other companies have relaxed eligibility criteria and should not be problem.
You can take up internship and voluntary experience to justify your year gap.
Your overall graduate aggregate score shall define your placements.
