There is no such quota for Muslim Minority in karnataka but there is quota for obc candidates provided, you belong to the state of karnataka and you know under which category (1A, 1B, 2A, 2B) you fall in. According to the category cutoffs vary. If you are getting seat through All india quota, then you can get the obc quota. But if you are Non-Karnataka candidate and applying through any other quota like defence, ex defence etc you won't be eligible for obc. You will be taken in general merit.
