Frankly speaking with a score you are expecting you have very less chances to get into govt colleges through the AIQ and state quota both for MBBS.
Even if you are a domicile of the state you may or may not get a seat depending on the cut off. Because the competition is very high, and if you would have score above 470 you could have decent chances.
Try out the college predictor to know the colleges you may get according to the score you are expecting.
