Children of Ex-Servicemen are entitled for some reservations. But the same is not applicable for their grand children.
You are not entitled for any ex-servicemen benefits unless your either of parents have served services in Defence Services and earned status of ex-serviceman.
These quota are specific to colleges, and i would advise you to refer to different college broachers to get specific information
