Dear Saurabh, NEET is the only entrance examination for admission into Medical, Dental and Ayush Colleges across India. If you are an Indian National and you want to join in a Medical College, you will have to appear for NEET. Atleast before the final counselling session of NEET, you cannot secure a seat in a Private Medical College. Of course they will be Management seats for which the fees will be humongous. But for that you will have to reach out to the Adminstration of that particular college. The admissions for Management Quota will have different dates.
