For All India quota, there is no degradation between general category and obc category. All come under one roof called UR or unreserved category of open quota. Yet, there is reservation in state quotas and it depends on the state you live in. It may be OC and BC as in Tamilnadu or OBC a and OBC b as in many states like Haryana.
