Yes there is reservation of seats for different categories in All India quota in NEET.
The total reservation alloted to people belonging to OBC(NON- CREAMY LAYER) is 27% of the total seats.
Well that's a very good number of seats reserved.

Thanks for the answerI am getting around 560 in NEET 2019, So I want to know in which colleges I can apply in all India quota during councelling so I can get govt seat

Hello Manish,
That completely depends on your priority.
You can apply according to your priority and fill up colleges in order of your priority during counseling.
There is no harm in filling number of colleges during counseling as you are allowed as much as you want to fill. Your selection won't be affected if you fill colleges where your chances are low.
