Dear Pavan, under All India Quota, the only reservations available are SC,ST,OBC, PWD. Under State Quota, the reservations available are SC,ST,OBC,PWD, Ex,-servicemen/Defense Quota. Not all States have female students reservation. So if you can help us with the State that you belong to, we can let you know if your State has reservation for female candidates

if you are talking about NEET exam all the ranks will be declared by applying all the reservations on them.

So i think you should go for the option of talking colleges according to your ranking.
