is there any restriction that an iit student can't take part in Jossa next year if he wants to change the college.. as it is not allowed to give jee advance

Hi.

This seems like a follow-up query. Please answer follow questions: When did you pass your Class 12th examination? If it was 2019 or 2020 then you are eligible to for registration in JEE Mains 2021.

And yes you are not allowed to give JEE Advanced for year 2021 because you area student of that college.
