Hi.
There is no restriction to the number of NLUs you apply to, in vacancies. All the NLUs will deal with the filling up of vacancies individually. So you have to stay updated regarding the notices related to this and apply to any number of NLUs you want to.
And considering the rank, you seem to have a high chance in the vacancies of the other NLUs.
