According to the NEET guidelines, yes there is a rural quota reservation for native students of Karnataka Who hold a domicile.

The guidelines state that Candidates belonging to Rural area/region of Karnataka can claim reservation under Rural candidate category. 15% of seats will be reserved for such candidates. To claim this the basic eligibility is that

if student is claiming Rural quota, then Rural Study Certificate is needed from 1st to 10th standard for Ten Complete Years signed by the concerned BEO.
