For Belonging to SC/ST community in all IIT/NIT/IIIT/IIEST they are exempted from payment of tution fees only.

For example , in IIITM Gwalior, the fees breakup are as follows

Tution fees 58,575(Per semester)

One time fees 14,250

Other fees 6500(per semester)

Caution fee 5000(refundable)

Now, if you belong to the SC/ST community then you will be exempted from payment of the 58,575 in each and every semester. However the other fees(including 25,000 hostel fees(if you apply) will be charged from everyone)

Note:- You need a valid SC certificate to apply for the same.

Hello Aspirant

There's no such special provision for scholarship for SC category specially in IIIT colleges.

But it provides support for the Vidya Laxmi scheme of the central government. It is also eligible for various state government scholarships which can be availed. But considering the fee waiver, It does not provide any fee waiver.

You can apply for all the options available for scholarships to avail them.
