According to MCI guidelines, The teachers in a medical college or institution having a total of eight years teaching  experience out of which at least five years teaching experience as Lecturer or Asst. Professor gained after obtaining post graduation degree. And the post graduation degree here stands for MD/MS in the concerened subject. And Zoology is not a subject taught in MBBS and so unfortunately this is not an option.
